We work with family members 1 on 1 and rather than overthinking the past (apart from noticing patterns and assessing what hasn’t worked well before), our work together will consider the goals, behaviours and future you want to create.

We approach challenges, obstacles, opportunities and ambitions knowing that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole, and, with the right tools, support and intentional choosing, we can discover how to live with purpose, fulfillment and deep connection.

As a Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA), Tim‘s approach is to foster inter-generational teamwork that secures continuity, peace and progress towards a shared vision. He is able to support that through his keen ability to uncover and articulate what’s important.
